🍽️ पाचन तंत्र — Digestive System
- यह हमारे खाए हुए भोजन को छोटे टुकड़ों में तोड़कर पचाता है, ताकि शरीर को ऊर्जा मिले — Breaks down food so the body gets energy.
- मुँह में दाँत खाने को चबाते हैं और लार (Saliva) उसे नरम करती है — Teeth chew food; Saliva softens it.
- भोजन भोजन नली (Food Pipe) से होकर आमाशय (Stomach) में जाता है — Food travels through the Food Pipe to the Stomach.
- आँतें (Intestines) पचे हुए भोजन से पोषक तत्व सोखती हैं; बचा कचरा शरीर से बाहर निकलता है — Intestines absorb nutrients; leftover waste leaves the body.
❤️ परिसंचरण तंत्र — Circulatory System
- यह हमारे शरीर में खून पहुँचाने का काम करता है — Carries blood throughout the body.
- हृदय (Heart) एक पंप की तरह काम करता है जो खून को पूरे शरीर में भेजता है — Heart works like a pump.
- धमनियाँ (Arteries) खून को हृदय से शरीर तक ले जाती हैं, शिराएँ (Veins) उसे वापस लाती हैं — Arteries carry blood away; Veins bring it back.
- खून शरीर के हर हिस्से तक ऑक्सीजन और पोषक तत्व पहुँचाता है — Blood delivers oxygen and nutrients everywhere.
- डॉक्टर हृदय की धड़कन सुनने के लिए स्टेथोस्कोप (Stethoscope) का प्रयोग करते हैं — Doctors use a Stethoscope to listen to heartbeat.

- यह हमें साँस लेने में मदद करता है — Helps us breathe.
- हम नाक से हवा अंदर लेते हैं, जो श्वास नली (Windpipe) से होकर फेफड़ों (Lungs) तक जाती है — Air travels: Nose ➜ Windpipe ➜ Lungs.
- फेफड़े हवा से ऑक्सीजन लेते हैं और कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड बाहर छोड़ते हैं — Lungs take in Oxygen, release Carbon Dioxide.
- फेफड़े दो स्पंज जैसी थैलियों के आकार के होते हैं — Lungs are two spongy sac-like structures.

- पाचन तंत्र भोजन से ऊर्जा देता है, श्वसन तंत्र ऑक्सीजन देता है, और परिसंचरण तंत्र दोनों को शरीर में पहुँचाता है — Digestive gives energy, Respiratory gives oxygen, Circulatory delivers both.
- साँस लेना और हृदय की धड़कन अनैच्छिक क्रियाएँ हैं, जो हम बिना सोचे करते रहते हैं — Breathing and heartbeat are involuntary actions.
